Domelights and upstands |
|
|
Domelights are available in various sizes, shapes and models in acrylic, polycarbonate or glass. For optimum control of the climate in the space below, you might opt for a ventilating domelight. |

Continuous rooflights |
|
|
These rooflights are made to measure for each project. The product is thus ideal for bigger projects in which the rooflight forms a prominent part of the building’s architecture. There is a varied range of options, from an industrial EPC rooflight to a round glass structure. |

Solar tubes |

|
Daylight can be enjoyed in every room by using a solar tube. The light is transported from a sloping or flat roof into the space below. No structural amendments are required for installation in a standard wooden roof construction. A solar tube thus provides you with a very rapid and effective solution to getting daylight into dark spaces. |

Glass products |
|
|
BIK’s daylight solutions used to be made only from acrylic or polycarbonate. In recent years, further developments in the manufacturing process have made it possible to use HE++ glass in various daylight solutions. |

Pyramids and polygons |

BIK Bouwprodukten supplies stylish pyramids and polygons of various sizes, from standard through to tailor-made with a wide choice of glazing types. By using specially-developed sections, the ideal combination of rigid construction, light weight, easy installation and stylish design is achieved. |

Roof access |
|
|
To gain access to the roof or terrace, you use a roof access unit, roof hatch, sliding unit or movable continuous rooflight. These ‘daylight solutions’ can be opened through 90° or horizontally and feature an effective seal on the outside. |

Canopies |

BIK can provide every project with light-transmitting canopies. These are easy to install yourself and are available in various sizes and versions. |

Special daylight structures |

BIK Bouwprodukten has its own engineering division and factory in Opmeer (North Holland) devoted to supplying special products for special projects. A suitable design is created based on your project needs. |

Special glazing |
|
|
BIK manufactures a wide range of continuous rooflights, each with its own characteristics. With BIK Nanogel® and Grillodur® rooflights, you are opting for sustainable rooflights with superior light entry. If you would prefer a glass daylight solution, you can choose from HE++, heat-retardant or toughened glass. Plastic glazing can consist of cavity panels, EPC glazing, solid polycarbonate or acrylic. |

Solar |

Through collaboration with a number of prominent suppliers of solar energy products, BIK has been able to develop various daylight systems in which solar energy is generated. As these systems are fully integrated, the client only has to connect the electrical system in the building. The building work to install the rooflight remains the same as for an ordinary continuous rooflight. |

Renovation |
|
|
A daylight solution has a lifetime of 10 to 20 years, after which the product is easy to renovate. If for some reason the product no longer complies with the building owner's requirements and wishes, renovation can also provide the answer. You are welcome to meet our specialists, free of obligation, to discuss the renovation of a continuous rooflight. A domelight can be replaced by an installer without the intervention of a specialist, providing the upstand is still in good condition. |
