The German "Jet Group" and the Dutch "Plastic Rooflight Group" have been acquired by the investment fund "H2 Equity Partners". Until now, the independent suppliers of daylight and SHEV (smoke and heat exhaust ventilation) systems were part of the international building materials company CRH plc, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The company has now come to an agreement with H2 concerning the takeover of both companies. Jet and Plastic Rooflight will continue to operate independently but will be merged under a joint management team. The headquarters of the new company group will be in Hüllhorst (Germany).
